The Psychology of Lasting Change for 2026
Change does not belong to January.
You are allowed to begin again at any time.
A guided journey to understand where you are starting from, reconnect with what truly matters to you, and step into the year ahead with clarity, self-trust, and intentional action.
If New Year’s resolutions have never worked for you, this is not because you lack discipline, motivation, or willpower.
More often, it is because real change does not begin with forcing yourself forward.
It begins with understanding yourself.
This course invites you to pause, reflect, and begin again in a way that is grounded, compassionate, and sustainable.
Not by becoming someone new, but by understanding who you already are, where you have come from, and what you genuinely want to move towards.
This course is for you if you…
- Feel tired of setting goals that look good on paper but do not last.
- Want to understand why change has felt so hard in the past.
- Sense that you are capable of more, but feel unsure where to begin.
- Are navigating a transition, new chapter, or desire for realignment.
- Want your goals to come from you, not from pressure, trends, or expectations.
- Crave clarity, direction, and a way forward that actually fits your life.
- Are open to reflection, honesty, and meaningful inner work.
- Want to step into 2026 feeling grounded, intentional, and resourced.
This course is for adults of all genders who want to create change that is rooted in self-awareness rather than self-criticism.
You do not need to know exactly what you want yet.
You only need a willingness to look honestly at where you are.
practical, and deeply human.
Each session is guided through the lens of coaching psychology and designed to help you build insight, self-trust, and momentum without pressure.
You can expect:
- A calm, structured space to reflect and make sense of your patterns.
- Guided exercises that help you understand your identity, habits, and motivations.
- Gentle but honest questions that invite clarity rather than overwhelm.
- Space to integrate both your challenges and your strengths.
- A supportive group container where you are not doing this alone.
This is not a lecture.
It is an experiential learning space where your lived experience matters.
What you’ll walk away with:
By the end of this journey, you will…
- Clearly understand where you are starting from and why that matters.
- Recognise the experiences, beliefs, and coping strategies that shaped you.
- Identify what has helped you move forward in the past and where your strength already lives.
- Gently name what has held you back without blame or shame.
- Gain clarity on what you actually want for yourself, not what you think you should want.
- Learn how to set small, attainable goals that build confidence and momentum.
- Celebrate your progress and wins, even the ones you have overlooked.
- Develop a grounded, realistic direction for 2026 that feels aligned and achievable.
- Leave with a sense of self-trust and internal permission to move at your own pace.
This work often ripples outward into relationships, work, wellbeing, and the way you relate to yourself.
Modules:
Week One: The Roots of You
Where your identity comes from
We explore how your past experiences, roles, and environments shaped who you are today, and how this influences the way you approach change.
Week Two: Honouring Where You Are
A gentle life audit
We take an honest, compassionate look at your current reality. Not to judge it, but to understand it. Because change can only begin from where you truly are.
Week Three: The Becoming of You
Finding your why
We explore what matters to you now, beyond external expectations. This is where clarity begins to emerge and motivation becomes intrinsic rather than forced.
Week Four: The Future You
Stepping into 2026 with aligned, intentional action
We translate insight into grounded action, focusing on small, meaningful steps that support consistency, confidence, and real progress.
How the space will feel:
Expect a warm, respectful, and honest environment where you can show up as you are.
This is a space where reflection meets structure, where depth is balanced with practicality, and where you are supported to think clearly rather than push yourself harder.
You will not be fixed, analysed, or pressured.
You will be invited to understand yourself better and move forward from that place.

I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, I am an accredited coach through the EMCC, and have spent years studying how change actually happens, not just how we wish it would.
But this work is not only professional for me. It is personal.
I know what it feels like to want change deeply, to try again and again, and to feel frustrated when things do not stick. Through my own journey, I learned that lasting change does not come from pushing harder. It comes from understanding yourself, honouring your starting point, and building from there with compassion and clarity.
Alongside this course, I support individuals through one-to-one coaching and facilitate group spaces focused on awareness, nervous system regulation, and intentional living.
This course comes from lived experience, study, and deep respect for the complexity of being human. I am not here as someone who has it all figured out. I am here as someone who walks this path alongside you.
