This course speaks most directly to women who are currently cycling without hormonal contraceptives.
Yet every woman, no matter her stage, story, or hormonal experience is welcome in this space.

Meet your Facilitator
I’m Amanda, a woman who once felt completely lost in her own cycle and who slowly, patiently found her way back home. Through study, practice, and personal experience, I learned that each phase carries its own wisdom and its own message.
My journey is still unfolding. I’ve lived through more than ten years of undiagnosed endometriosis, never feeling fully safe in my body, and carrying shame and confusion about my cycle. These experiences taught me to soften, listen, and honour what my body has been trying to tell me for years.
I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) coaching accreditation, and have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. But most importantly, I know what it feels like to not understand your body and to feel disconnected from it and what the journey feels like to finally begin honouring it and making your way back to it.
Alongside this work, I support women through one-on-one coaching and run monthly community women’s circles. Both have shown me how much women long for connection, clarity, safety, and a place to exhale. Supporting women in this way has become something I care about with my whole heart.
This course comes from that place of understanding and lived experience. I’m still on this journey too, and I’m here to share what has helped me along the way.
